Vendor Rules
- Safety First: Securely display items to prevent accidents, and keep walkways clear for visitors’ safety.
- Cleanliness Counts: Maintain a tidy booth. After the market, pack up all your items and remove any debris. Leave your space as clean as you found it.
- Dog Owners: While dogs are generally welcomed, ensure they are leashed and supervised at all times. Please clean up after your dog.
- Respect Others: Be polite to fellow vendors, market staff, and customers. Kindness fosters a positive atmosphere.
- Pricing Transparency: Provide accurate pricing. Avoid misrepresentation and be honest about the condition of your products.
- No Sale of Dogs or Livestock: Vendors are prohibited from selling dogs or any live animals at the flea market. This practice is strictly prohibited.

As a food vendor you are required to have a food permit. Please review the permit information below before reserving a space.

Food Vendor and Mobile Food Vendor Permits can be obtained through the City of Cleburne Environment Health Department.
Having a permit at our market is an important requirement. If you’re caught operating without a permit, a citation will be issued by the City of Cleburne.
